{"id":11531,"date":"2024-03-30T14:00:41","date_gmt":"2024-03-30T20:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tvpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=11531"},"modified":"2024-03-30T14:00:41","modified_gmt":"2024-03-30T20:00:41","slug":"ensalada-mediterranea-de-garbanzos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tvpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=11531","title":{"rendered":"Ensalada mediterr\u00e1nea de garbanzos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><br>Ingredientes:<br>&#8211; 2 tazas de garbanzos cocidos (pueden ser enlatados, enjuagados y escurridos)<br>&#8211; 1 pepino grande, cortado en cubitos<br>&#8211; 1 pimiento rojo grande, cortado en cubitos<br>&#8211; 1 pimiento verde grande, cortado en cubitos<br>&#8211; 1 cebolla roja peque\u00f1a, picada finamente<br>&#8211; 1 taza de tomates cherry, cortados por la mitad<br>&#8211; 1\/2 taza de aceitunas negras o verdes, cortadas por la mitad<br>&#8211; 1\/4 taza de hojas de albahaca fresca, picadas<br>&#8211; 1\/4 taza de perejil fresco, picado<br>&#8211; 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva extra virgen<br>&#8211; 2 cucharadas de vinagre de vino tinto<br>&#8211; Sal y pimienta al gusto<br><br>Instrucciones:<br>1. En un taz\u00f3n grande, combina los garbanzos cocidos, el pepino, los pimientos, la cebolla, los tomates cherry, las aceitunas, la albahaca y el perejil. Mezcla bien para distribuir todos los ingredientes de manera uniforme.<br>2. En un peque\u00f1o frasco con tapa, mezcla el aceite de oliva, el vinagre de vino tinto, la sal y la pimienta. Agita vigorosamente hasta que la vinagreta est\u00e9 bien combinada.<br>3. Vierte la vinagreta sobre la ensalada y revuelve suavemente para cubrir todos los ingredientes con la vinagreta.<br>4. Prueba la ensalada y ajusta el condimento seg\u00fan sea necesario con m\u00e1s sal y pimienta, si es necesario.<br>5. Refrigera la ensalada durante al menos 30 minutos antes de servir para permitir que los sabores se mezclen.<br>6.
